About the job Salesforce | Pre-sale Solution Consultant (Salesforce)
Pre-Sales Solution Consultant is responsible for presenting software offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company’s technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Business Analyst must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Sales, and Product teams on customer opportunities, developing roadmaps and sales strategies
- Articulately present the CRM solution, addressing customer queries effectively and underscoring the solution’s value
proposition. - Architect customer-centric solution frameworks based on detailed requirements, guaranteeing harmony with client
expectations and the strategic direction of our organization. - Engineer and execute compelling presentations tailored to the unique demands of customers, ensuring the alignment of
solutions with their specific needs. - Customize and refine engagement materials to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Conduct dynamic demonstrations of CRM application features, emphasizing their benefits and efficiencies.
- Oversee or collaborate on Proof of Concept (PoC) projects with offshore teams to exhibit the solution’s breadth and
capability.
Required Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or
Computer Science, with a strong preference for those with a background in a related field. - A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with ERP or CRM solutions
- Exhibits proven experience in presales or consulting roles, with a history of effective product demonstrations.
- Deep comprehension of CRM systems, their application in business strategy, and the intricacies of executive decision making.
- Sector-specific experience, especially within trading, wholesale, or distribution, offering a unique perspective on industry
challenges and solutions.
