About the job Salesforce | Software Tester (Salesforce)

Software Tester is responsible for quality control in software development and project implementation process.  To accomplish this, the Tester will work closely with the customer and internal team to plan, design and test the software with agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing tests on software usability.
  • Self-manage your own timeline and deliveries.
  • Define manual test case, test scenarios and create automated test script.
  • Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
  • Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
  • Help and support on technical issues which caused by the implementation.
  • Understand customer goals and challenges and establish company’s solution as the best solution available.
  • Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
  • Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
  • Provide production support of software products by investigating and recreating reported defects
  • Assist in implementation of QA standards and continual improvement activities
  • Work with multiple database interfaces and be familiar with standard web architectures
  • Train and mentor other analysts in testing methodology and the software development life cycle

Required Skills:

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, MIS, MBA
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Software testing or System implementation
  • Good knowledge in XML, JSON and API
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience in Salesforce, CRM, and/or CDP solutions is a plus
  • Knowledge in unit test and test automation (Selenium, Jest, etc)
  • Experience in conceptualising, promoting, and implementing tools
  • Proficient in database testing to ensure data integrity will be a plus
  • Experience and certification in Salesforce, Provar, Jira, Flosum preferred
  • Experience in ERP, SAP, SAS, CRM solution, Digital Consulting or Salesforce system is a plus.
  • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English (speaking and written) and/or TOEIC Score 650+, TOEFL (Paper, CBT, IBT), IELTS 5.0+
  • Demonstrate initiative and self motivation, to deliver high quality work, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
