Project Manager (Salesforce Team) Leading international and Thai domestic CRM and Software Business solution implementation projects with extensive knowledge of business solution implementation methodology and industry knowledge.
Able to demonstrate solid project management and strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and leadership.

Role:

  • Manage all stakeholders.
  • Sets approach and initiate tasks.
  • Motivate and coach all team members.
  • Develop the overall project charter and plan.
  • Review key deliverables, and ensures quality.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time and the quality is met.
  • Conduct and lead project steering committee, project status reports.
  • Managing CRM and Business solution implementation projects as Project Manager.
  • Seek further consulting opportunities at client and conduct business development.
  • Create proposal of project plans and budgets and obtain approval from relevant stakeholder.
  • Manage project progress, issues and risks, and take appropriate countermeasures if required.
  • Collaborate to the functional scoping and analysis of the project in collaboration with other business units to define the project scope & requirements.
  • Involve in End to End Implementation Project (Gathering Requirement, Design, Implementation, UAT, Budget, Timeline, Expertise, and Training).

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in IT and Software industry.
  • Experience in Software or Application development is a plus.
  • Experience in Salesforce, ERP, CRM solution is a plus.
  • Experience in Project life cycle is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of full business software solution project lifecycle, methodology and integration with peripheral systems.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills strategic and critical thinking capability.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Thai language.
  • English skill (speaking and written) and/or TOEIC Score 600+ is a plus.
  • Salesforce Certificates is a plus.
